The access is good all year round with frontage on a well maintained gravel road minutes away from two National paved routes (routes 5 and 25). Full services can be found at Guichon, Paso de los Toros and Tacuarembo cities (60 km, 75 km, and 130 km respectively). Montevideo city (capital in Uruguay) is 340 km away.

The farm has an outstanding grazing potential, and also good cropping potential on 500 hectares. Over 50% of the total area, are easy rolling deep black soils with high natural fertility and a Coneat Index of over 150. The balance are medium depth and shallow meadows ideally suited for extensive grazing.
